Christopher J.P. Mitchell

Christopher is the founder of Keala Advisors and has direct responsibility for managing client relationships. He works closely with clients to understand their financial objectives, design and implement their investment strategy, and monitor their progress.

In addition to being an investment advisor, Christopher Mitchell is a licensed attorney that has practiced law for over 17 years in New York state.  His work as an attorney was primarily in the small business, corporate and venture capital spaces. This included corporate formations, capital markets, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, general business counsel, investor representations and asset protection.  This work has given him a unique perspective and experience that he applies regularly when analyzing companies and investments on behalf of clients.   

In the past several years, Christopher has built a reputable niche advising  individual and institutional investors on alternative investments within the digital assets and emerging technology space. 

Christopher has given many lectures and educational workshops across the country on this topic, and has published several articles on emerging technologies and digital assets. 

Christopher holds a series 65 license and has earned degrees in Business Administration and Government and International Politics from George Mason University. Additionally Christopher received his Juris Doctorate from Pace Law School.
